The Syro platform is in a Live Beta phase. While fully usable in production, certain features are still evolving and may change, experience outages, or include defects without prior notice.

2 No Warranties

The Beta is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. We expressly disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT LOSS, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE BETA.

4 Feedback

You are encouraged—but not required—to share bugs or suggestions. Any feedback you provide grants Syro a royalty-free licence to use it to improve the Service.

5 Transition to General Availability

This Disclaimer applies until the Beta transitions to general availability or is discontinued. Afterwards, the Terms of Service will govern.
